Even Germany is overcrowded with targeted individuals (TI). There seems not to be one country without victims of Mind Control. That individuals are targeted in Germany does not implicate that the source of the electronic torture is in Germany. Because the perpetrators use scalar waves , they can reach their targets wherever they are on the globe, because scalar waves (neutrinos) penetrate everything, even the earth herself.
